PizzaMaster PM 352ED-DW Description
From the 350 series, the PizzaMaster PM352ED-DW countertop oven has two chambers for preparing food items. The top, front, and sides of this unit are constructed of stainless steel to provide durability and ensure a long service life. This oven has a stackable design to conserve valuable countertop space. Each oven chamber has two 28-inch-wide clay hearthstones that offer a natural surface for preparing culinary dishes. Each ovens’ interior is illuminated with a halogen lighting system and can be seen clearly through the two heat-reflecting glass doors. Overall, this unit measures 374/10 inches wide by 211/2 inches deep by 311/2 inches high.
Each oven chamber of the PizzaMaster PM352ED-DW multi-purpose deck oven has an electric heating system with digital displays located on the front right side of the unit. These displays must be used to program interior temperatures up to 752 degrees Fahrenheit. To expedite oven heating to prepare food quickly, this unit has a turbo start function and indicators for the thermostat, turbo-start, and service functions. This unit has an auto timer with a manual shut-off alarm.
