It features a 2³⁄₄-inch blade designed to peel fruits and vegetables, and it’s equipped with a finger guard to reduce the risk of injury. Designed with a full tang for strength, the blade is secured to the handle with triple rivets. To ensure comfort during extended periods of use, it features an ergonomic handle made of sturdy polyoxymethylene.
