Hobart HSL220-1 170 qt Spiral Mixer - Floor Model, 208v/3ph

The Hobart HSL220-1 spiral floor mixer can hold up to 220 pounds of dough. The bowl is completely constructed from stainless steel, which allows for long-term use and heavy-duty conditions. The bowl is surrounded by a wireform bowl guard interlock that prevents spiral arm operation when the guard is out of position. The wireform guard makes it possible to observe the mixer while it is in progress and add ingredients without stopping the mixing process.

The dual electronic timer control allows the mixer to shift automatically from the low to the high speed when set by the operator. This setting can increase productivity and be set between 0 and 20 minutes. This Hobart HSL220-1 spiral mixer has adjustable front feet to stabilize the unit. This model also includes front and rear casters, which provide easier mobility of this large unit.
