Hobart HL200-1 Description
The Hobart HL200-1 planetary mixer has Shift-on-the-Fly™ controls that let employees choose one of three speeds or the stir speed in the middle of a cycle without stopping the unit. With its soft-start agitation technology, it slowly switches between different speeds to prevent ingredients from slinging out and making a mess. This unit requires a 20-quart bowl for use, and when purchased, an included bowl guard sits atop it to reduce injury risks during operation.
For accurate mixing, the Hobart HL200-1 all-purpose mixer comes with a 15-minute SmartTimer™ that can automatically recall the last setting to streamline the creation of multiple batches back to back. Enabling continuous use, this unit has a gear-driven transmission that is reliable and reduces the amount of downtime. To offer a stylish look while also protecting the unit, this mixer has a metallic gray hybrid powder-coat finish.
