The Hobart AM16-BASX-4 high-temp, door-type dishwasher features Sense-A-Temp™ technology that boosts the internal cavity’s temperature by 70 degrees Fahrenheit to thoroughly sanitize dishes. The front-placed control panel enables control of the rinsing and washing cycles and provides service diagnostics and indicators that ease operation. One-, two-, four-, and six-minute wash cycles are available. Its wash and rinse cycles range from 150 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit to tackle stubborn messes and stuck-on foods. This dishwasher has a field-activated delime process to maintain internal cleanliness.

The Hobart AM16-BASX-4 door-type dishwasher measures 25¹/₄ inches wide by 24⁷/₁₆ inches deep by 59 inches high and is designed for installation into back-of-house settings. Possible holding capacities include 60 racks per hour, 1,500 dishes per hour, and 2,700 glasses per hour—ideal for high-volume operations. The interior is installed with high-powered upper and lower washer arms with interchanging upper and lower rinse arms, while the pumped drain and rinse helps ensure the unit remains at peak operating conditions. The hood of this dishwasher is five sided and insulated, while the tank, tank shelf, chamber, trim panels, frame, and feet are constructed of durable stainless steel.
