Hobart AM15VLT-6 Description

The Hobart AM15VLT-6 high-temp door-type dishwasher is equipped with a built-in microcomputer control system that starts the wash pump once the chamber has been closed. Rotating wash arms thoroughly wash dishes, while also being anti-clogging to prevent particles from getting in the holes. A dwell starts, and the upper wash manifold drains. A final rinse pump starts the rinsing cycle, where rotating rinse arms shoot water over the dishes to ensure they are completely sanitized. A blower turns on for a 30 second condense cycle.

High-temperature water is used to sanitize dishes in this door-type machine. 0.74 gallons of water are used per rack, cleaning up to 40 racks per hour. The tall chamber and 27-inch door opening allows for larger wares, such as 60-quart mixing bowls and 18-inch-by-26-inch sheet pans, to fit in the dishwasher. A stainless steel handle on the chamber is spring counterbalanced, making closing and opening the chamber easy. The Hobart AM15VLT-6 high-temp door-type dishwasher has 1-, 2-, 4-, and 6-minute cycles, allowing you to choose the best time for how dirty the dishes are.
