The Follett ITS500NS-31 ice bin features a 382-pound ice capacity and a stainless steel exterior and base for durability in commercial settings. Its gravity-fed dispensing system transfers ice 15 times faster than scooping, while the included SmartCART™ 240 ice cart allows for hands-free transport. A custom cut stainless steel top ensures compatibility with ice machines. The poly liner resists corrosion and simplifies cleaning, while the SmartGATE® ice shield manages ice flow to reduce spills.
The Follett ITS500NS-31 ice bin is designed with a built-in viewing window, enabling operators to monitor ice levels without opening the door. Its PowerHinge™ door permits one-handed opening and closing without requiring door catches. With a single pull, the gate bar dispenses 200 pounds of ice into the cart without hand contact, minimizing contamination risks. The included ice paddle provides an alternative handling method. Measuring 31 inches wide by 40 inches deep by 60 inches high, this unit has a 12.7-cubic-foot internal capacity.
