With its flat cast iron plates, the Globe GSG10 Bistro sandwich grill works best in grilling sandwiches, vegetables, and some meats. This grill includes a bottom plate that is secured onto the grill and an adjustable top plate with a spring hinge so it can easily fit over foods of differing heights. The plates can reach a maximum temperature of 570 degrees Fahrenheit and their cast iron construction minimizes heat loss between orders because of their high heat retention.
