Globe GSCS2-3 High Volume Cheese Shredder - Stainless Steel

The Globe GSCS2-3 high-volume cheese shredder measures 18¹/₂₀ inches wide by 28¹/₂ inches deep by 62¹/₃ inches high and comes with a stainless steel base. The shredder is housed in stainless steel to protect it from damage and features a ³/₁₆-inch shredding plate for shredding whole blocks of cheese between 6 and 8 pounds. It can shred 65 pounds per minute and can be disassembled without tools for convenient cleaning.

The Globe GSCS2-3 high-volume cheese shredder features an overload protection with auto-reset button to prevent the machine breaking. It also has a position switch to ensure the hopper is engaged before starting. It has a single speed and is designed for continuous-feed use.
