Its top plates include a durable spring hinge with adjustable tension to fit foods of different heights. Because the top and bottom plates work in tandem to cook foods, cooking time is reduced by half and risks of burning or undercooking foods decreases.
A built-in digital timer on the Globe GPGSDUE14D panini grill helps users track cooking time to prevent burns. Four programmable presets can be individualized to the best cooking methods for certain foods.
