Great for mixing, blending, and puréeing, the Globe GIB750-16 commercial immersion blender has a variable speed motor that can be adjusted to support myriad tasks. Because the motor is heavy duty, it's powerful enough to support difficult mixing applications. This motor is protected by an overload safety feature and, to protect the operator, the unit has an interlocked power switch. Its shaft is 16 inches long to reach into large pots, so users can mix ingredients directly in the cooking vessel.
