Constructed of stainless steel, the Globe GF30G gas fryer can withstand rigorous use without rusting, scratching, or denting. It's designed with high-performance stainless steel tube burners. Enabling users to clean beneath it and stabilize it on uneven surfaces, this fryer is elevated on 4-inch legs. Overall, this unit measures 17 inches wide by 33.1 inches deep by 30 inches high.
To protect against overheating, the Globe GF30G countertop fryer is designed with a high-limit thermostat protection that'll shut the unit down if the temperature climbs too high. It comes with two nickel-plated fryer baskets, and each is equipped with an insulated handle that remains comfortably cool to the touch. This unit is powered by natural gas, and its single vat has a capacity of 30 pounds.
