Made of PVC-coated wire, the six shelves inside the True TUC-72-HC~SPEC3 Spec Series® undercounter refrigerator are adjustable in ¹⁄₂-inch increments, and with maximum storage space, each shelf comes with four chrome-plated clips. The oversized, factory-balanced refrigerator has an extra-large, epoxy-coated evaporator coil balanced with a high-horsepower compressor and large condenser—a design that enables the unit to maintain a set temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Its sealed, self-lubricating fan motors and large blade provide efficient, low-velocity airflow. Intended for heavy use in busy restaurants, this product ensures fast temperature recovery and short runtimes, and it uses environmentally friendly R134A refrigerant.

When the compressor turns on, the condensing fan motor blows in an opposite direction for 20 seconds to help remove settled dirt and dust from the condensing coil. Though this automatic mechanism helps improve coil performance, regular preventive maintenance is still required to ensure the coil is operating correctly. 

The True TUC-72-HC~SPEC3 stainless steel refrigerator has a 34-inch work surface height and 3-inch-diameter stem castors for movement. Its entire cabinet and solid doors are foamed in place using polyurethane insulation, while the lockable, self-closing doors have a clear-coated aluminum liner that matches the cabinet interior. To facilitate stocking, the doors stay open past 90 degrees, but they can also close on their own to contain cold air. This unit features an electronic temperature control with a digital display.
