The True TUC-60D-4-HC~SPEC1 Spec Series® undercounter refrigerator has four drawers that each accommodate one full-size food pan or varying size pan configurations using pan divider bars, which are sold separately. Its exterior is constructed of durable stainless steel, while the inside is lined with a stainless steel floor and coved corners for streamlined cleaning. Because the drawers are flush with the front of the countertop, this unit looks professional and takes up little aisle space. To retain cold air, the drawers have magnetic gaskets, and the drawer slides and rollers can be removed without tools.

Equipped with a digital temperature display, the True TUC-60D-4-HC~SPEC1 undercounter refrigerator is straightforward to control and maintains a set temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit has guided airflow with evaporator and condenser fan motors that provide uniform cooling and a consistent volume of air, reducing energy consumption. Its self-contained capillary tube system uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and the condensing unit is accessible from the back. Coated in epoxy, the evaporator resists rust and can be wiped clean.

For a 20-second period each cycle, the compressor’s fan motor blows in reverse to remove built-up debris and dust from the condensing coil. Maintaining a clean condensing coil helps improve performance and lowers energy consumption. This self-cleaning function works best when combined with routine preventive maintenance.
