The True TUC-60D-4-HC undercounter refrigerator has four stainless steel drawers fitted with 12-inch-long, recessed handles that are kept in place with a sheet metal interlock. Each drawer can hold numerous small pans when pan divider bars are added or one full-size pan. To minimize cold-air leaks, the drawers have magnetic gaskets that can be removed for cleaning or replacement. Furnished with a stainless steel top, front, and ends, this unit is durable and resists corrosion, while its GalFan-coated steel back can be quickly wiped down. Its high-density polyurethane insulation has zero global warming potential and improves the cabinet's structure.

Maintaining a set temperature from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, this True TUC-60D-4-HC undercounter refrigerator has a capillary tube system that uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Its electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors reduce energy consumption and heat production. Accessible from the back, the condensing unit slides out and can be cleaned efficiently. This unit features a digital temperature display and an epoxy-coated evaporator to fight corrosion.

To maintain a clean condensing coil that performs optimally over time, the compressor’s fan motor features a self-cleaning function. Each time it starts up, it reverses for a 20-second to blow away settled dirt and dust from the coil. This mechanism, when combined with regular preventive maintenance, can improve efficiency and lengthen the unit’s lifespan.
