The True TUC-60-HC undercounter refrigerator is ADA compliant with a 34-inch-high work surface. It gets structure and cold air retention from its foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. Strength and corrosion resistance are provided by its stainless and GalFan-coated steel exterior. The two doors have 12-inch recessed handles to make accessing the cabinet interior simple. Products sit on four adjustable shelves, and the interior is easy to clean with its aluminum clear coat and coved corners.

The refrigeration system is accessible from the back for maintenance. Its evaporator is protected by its epoxy coating. A consistent amount of air is moved with the condenser and evaporator fan motors. The True TUC-60-HC undercounter refrigerator uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to keep temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The refrigerant runs through a capillary tube system.

Upon the start of each cycle, the compressor’s fan motor blows in reverse for a 20-second period to remove built-up debris from the condensing coil. Maintaining a clean condensing coil helps improve performance and lengthens the unit’s lifespan. This self-cleaning function works best when combined with regular preventive maintenance.
