The True TUC-48D-4-HC~SPEC3 Spec Series undercounter refrigerator has a heavy-duty, 16-gauge stainless steel top, and the countertop's front lines up flush with the front of the drawers. Using the electronic temperature control on the digital display, operators can set the temperature at a level between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, suiting any application. To eliminate the potential of corrosion, its evaporator is coated in epoxy, while its one-piece magnetic drawer gaskets are removable without tools for cleaning. It has a 36-inch work surface height and 5-inch-diameter stem castors with locks on the front set for safety.

Keeping cold air inside this True TUC-48D-4-HC~SPEC3 undercounter refrigerator, the drawer facings and cabinet structure are foamed in place with high-density polyurethane insulation. Stainless steel lines the interior to increase durability, and with coved corners, the stainless steel floor can be efficiently cleaned. Its exterior front, back, top, and sides are also constructed of stainless steel, and for streamlined cleaning, the heavy-duty stainless steel drawer slides and rollers are detachable.

Though it should be a replacement for routine preventive maintenance, the fan compressor’s self-cleaning feature improves overall performance as well as efficiency. At the beginning of each cycle, the motor directs air in reverse for a 20 second period; this blows away any dirt or debris that may have collected on the condensing coil since the last cycle.
