Because of its ADA-compliant, 34-inch working height, the True TUC-36-HC undercounter refrigerator is compact enough for use in bar areas and commercial kitchens, and it has 3-inch-diameter castors that enable it to be moved for maintenance and cleaning. Its stainless steel exterior is durable for heavy use, while both stainless steel doors have 12-inch recessed handles that are comfortable to use. When opened past 90 degrees, the doors stay open for efficient restocking, and to maximize storage space, the four PVC-coated wire shelves are adjustable.

This unit has a set temperature range of 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, which is maintained by R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and to prevent corrosion, the True TUC-36-ADA undercounter refrigerator has an epoxy-coated evaporator. Magnetic gaskets prevent cold air from leaking out, and polyurethane insulation is foamed in place to provide structural strength to the cabinet. Its refrigeration system is balanced and oversized, producing less heat and requiring less energy because the evaporator and condenser fan motors create a consistent amount of air.

Each time the compressor cycles on, its fan motor runs in reverse to blow dust and debris off the condensing coil. Maintaining a clean condensing coil helps improve efficiency, lengthen unit lifespan, and reduce energy consumption. Routine preventive maintenance should still be performed to optimize performance.
