The True TUC-27G-HC~SPEC3 Spec Series® undercounter refrigerator measures 33³⁄₄ inches in height to comply with ADA guidelines, and its front, top, sides, and back are constructed of stainless steel. Two wire shelves are heavy duty and PVC coated, while this glass door unit comes with chrome-plated shelf clips for adjusting the shelves in ¹⁄₂-inch increments. Shelf support pilasters are made of the same material as the cabinet interior, and this refrigerator has a heavy-duty all-metal door handle. Self-closing, the glass door has a positive seal.

The True TUC-27G-HC~SPEC3 undercounter refrigerator has a slide-out condensing unit that is accessible from the back. Because the refrigeration system is self-contained, the evaporator and condenser are together, which helps speed up servicing. For lasting use, the evaporator is coated in corrosion-resistant epoxy, and the fan motors are reliable and electronically commutated. Staff members can adjust the temperature from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit.

The compressor’s fan motor uses a self-cleaning function to keep the condensing oil free of buildup and debris. Each time the compressor cycles on, the fan blows dust and dirt off the condensing coil by running in reverse for 20 seconds. Intended to work in tandem with routine preventative maintenance, this feature lengthens the unit’s lifespan and improves overall performance.
