The top side of this unit accommodates 24 sixth-size pans—ideal for diced produce or sliced meat. So displayed products maintain fresh conditions, this unit features two insulated stainless steel lids. These lids, along with the board, are removable at the end of the day to simplify cleaning. The base of this unit includes three full doors that provide access to six PVC-coated shelves in the cabinet. The base's front, sides, and back are made of stainless steel, and the interior liner and floor offer a matching construction for long-term durability.

This TSSU-72-24M-B-ST-HC~SPEC3 mega-top prep table is installed with a self-contained refrigeration system. Its condenser and evaporator use R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, cooling products while reducing environmental impact. The forced-air circulation system facilitates aeration underneath the pans and inside the cabinet with sealed, self-lubricated fan motors and helps the system maintain set temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. For simple maintenance when needed, the slide-out condenser is accessible from the rear.
