Accessible from the back, its condenser slides out for maintenance, while guided airflow evenly moves cold air throughout the cabinet base and pan rail compartment.

Because this True TSSU-72-24M-B-ST-HC prep table has a 34-inch work surface height, it is compliant with ADA regulations. Users can prepare salads and sandwiches on the polyethylene cutting board, while ingredients are held in the pan compartment and additional food is stored in the base. The pan area comes with 24 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans, but 6-inch-deep pans are also compatible with the unit. In the base, six shelves support stored items and can be adjusted to accommodate different items.

The compressor's fan motor reverses for 20 seconds upon start up to blow debris and dust off the condensing coil. With this routine, automatic condenser cleaning, the unit runs efficiently and reduces energy consumption. Even though the cleaning feature improves standard compressor run times and prolongs the lifespan of the unit, it doesn't eliminate maintenance recommendations.
