True TSSU-72-16-HC ADA 72" TSSU Series Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

Ideal for assembling salads and sandwiches, the True TSSU-72-16-HC food prep table has an 11³⁄₄-inch-deep, full-length cutting board that is removable to streamline cleanup, and to provide a sturdy prep area, the cutting board is made of high-density, sanitary polyethylene. The unit comes standard with 16 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep clear polycarbonate pans in the countertop prep area, but it can also fit 6-inch-deep food pans, which are sold separately. A foam-insulated hood and lid assembly over the pan area traps cold air inside, locking in freshness and reducing condensation buildup.

For durability and rust resistance, this True TSSU-72-16-HC prep table's exterior is constructed of stainless steel on the front, top, and ends, while corrosion-resistant GalFan coats the steel back. It has six heavy-duty, PVC-coated wire shelves that are adjustable to fit most products. Lined with clear-coated aluminum, the interior is strong and corrosion resistant, and its stainless steel floor can be quickly wiped down. Coved interior floor corners eliminate crevices that could trap debris and harbor bacteria.

When the compressor fan motor starts up, it automatically reverses for 20 seconds, knocking dust, dirt, and debris off the condensing unit. A clean condenser leads to well-maintained product temperatures and reduced energy consumption. Even though the self-cleaning system helps improve run times and prolong refrigeration lifespan, it doesn't eliminate routine maintenance.
