True TSSU-72-15M-B-HC 72" TSSU Series Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The True TSSU-72-15M-B-HC mega-top food prep table has a patented refrigeration system. Its 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit product temperature is maintained by the forced-air design, which complies with and is listed under ANSI/NSF-7 standards. Condensing unit access is located in the back of the cabinet, where it slides out for maintenance. This unit has an effective airflow design due to its sealed, self-lubricating evaporator fan motor and large fan blades. Upon fan motor start up, it reverses for 20 seconds to blow debris, dirt, and dust off the condenser coil. Because the coil has an automatic cleaning feature, the unit runs more efficiently and reduces energy consumption compared to systems with grimy parts. Although this reversing prolongs the unit's lifespan, routine preventative maintenance is still recommended.

It has a factory-balanced refrigeration system designed with guided airflow to provide food pans and the cabinet interior with uniform temperatures. Environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant runs through the factory-engineered, self-contained capillary tube system. This unit is constructed of stainless steel with a GalFan-coated steel back.
