With a stainless steel front, sides, back, interior liner, cover, and floor, the True TSSU-72-12M-B-HC~SPEC3 ADA prep table is designed to withstand damage caused by consistent use, such as dents, scratches, abrasions, and corrosion. Its body is easy to wipe down, and the corners of its flooring are coved to ensure unwanted food particles don't become unreachable. The top of the unit is designed to hold 12 sixth-sized pans, while a stainless-steel insulated cover preserves ingredient freshness. Additionally, the top features an 8⁷/₈-inch-deep cutting board that's made from a durable polyethylene and utilizes a removable design. Below its top, the cabinet can be accessed by one of its three 20-gauge doors. Each door features a metal handle, a holding mechanism for ensuring no unwanted closures, and a locking mechanism to prevent tampering. The spacious interior can be divided up using its six PVC-coated wire shelves, which can be adjusted in increments of ¹/₂ an inch to support a variety of products. Its body measures 72³/₈ inches wide by 34¹/₈ inches deep by 34 inches tall, with height measured to the work surface top for ADA compliance; its placement can be easily adjusted on its 3-inch rolling castors.

Able to be set between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, the True TSSU-72-12M-B-HC~SPEC3 ADA prep station features a digital display and control panel on its front for simple temperature adjustments. For energy efficiency and an eco-friendly design, it utilizes an R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to pull heat into its capillary tube system and expel it out of the unit. This energy efficiency is further supported by its layer of polyurethane insulation, which locks in cold temperatures, and its guided airflow system evens temperatures across the board for all stored pans in its top and cabinet. To ensure its extended use, its evaporator is coated in epoxy, while its self-lubricating motor is sealed to reduce the chance of mechanical failure and prevent corrosion. For additional maintenance support, its condenser is rear mounted and comfortable to access.
