The True TSSU-72-12M-B-HC ADA-compliant food prep table's work surface height is 34 inches. The interior is insulated with foamed polyurethane and lined with a clear-coated aluminum liner, and for quick cleanup, the stainless steel floors have coved corners. All six shelves are adjustable in ¹⁄₂-inch increments to accommodate products of varying sizes. The exterior has a corrosion-resistant, GalFan-coated steel back and a stainless steel construction on the front, top, and ends. To supply mobility, this unit has 3-inch castors.

The True TSSU-72-12M-B-HC mega-top prep table is removable for cleaning and designed with a full-length, 8⁷⁄₈-inch-deep cutting board made from durable white polyethylene. As a mega-top unit, it is designed with an additional row of food pans in the countertop storage area, providing room for a total of 12 sixth-size food pans configured in three rows with four pans each. A self-contained capillary tube system meters R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to help the unit hold steady temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Upon start up, the compressor fan's motor reverses for 20 seconds to remove debris from the condensing coil. Because the coil is cleaned automatically, the unit runs efficiently and reduces energy use. Designed to prolong the system's lifespan, this cleaning feature doesn't replace the need for routine preventative maintenance.
