True TSSU-72-12-HC ADA 72" TSSU Series Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The True TSSU-72-12-HC sandwich and salad prep table is designed for assembling sandwiches and salads. A white polyethylene cutting board runs the full length of the unit and has a depth of 11³⁄₄ inches, providing a durable prep surface. This cutting board can also be removed, ensuring users can properly clean and sanitize both the cutting board and the surface underneath it. The top ingredient compartment has room for (12) ¹⁄₆-size food pans, leaving space for 12 different ingredients to be stored at food-safe temperatures. This model offers a temperature range of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit, while the self-contained capillary tube system produces forced-air refrigeration. This system maintains a consistent temperature through the top storage compartment and cabinet, which includes 6 adjustable shelves for additional ingredient storage.

Each time the compressor starts, the condensing fan motor reverses to blow excess dirt and dust off the condensing coil. This helps the unit run more efficiently and maintain ideal product temperatures. When combined with routine maintenance, this feature increases the unit's lifespan.

The True TSSU-72-12-HC ADA-compliant prep table's stainless steel exterior construction is complemented by a matching aluminum back and a clear-coated aluminum interior liner. It is constructed of stainless steel on the top, front, and ends, with a matching aluminum finished back. The countertop pan opening fits various pan size configurations and available pan divider bars. It has a 34-inch work surface height, so it is compliant with ADA standards. 3-inch-diameter castors enable mobility, and because the doors have a 90-degree, stay-open feature, they will remain open past 90 degrees to facilitate product loading and unloading.
