Simple to use, the True TSSU-60-24M-B-DS-ST-HC~SPEC3 ADA dual-side sandwich and salad prep table measures 60⁵/₈ inches wide by 43¹/₂ inches deep by 31³/₈ inches high. It flaunts a dual-sided design that offers an 11³/₄-inch cutting board on both sides of the unit. The boards provide a sturdy polyethylene surface—great for use with shape-edge knives and serrated blades. Each board is removable. Shipped with this prep table are 24 sixth-size pans, which are ideal for holding diced produce or sliced meat within reach as employees craft sandwiches and pizzas. Two insulated covers shield products from contaminants; these are also insulated to lock in the cold.

This unit's sides, front, and back are made of sturdy stainless steel for abrasion resistance, maintaining its appearance long term. The liner and floor are also stainless steel, while the floor's corners are coved for simple cleaning. The entirety of the interior cabinet presents a foamed-in thick density to hold stored products at safe temperatures in the event of operational failure. The base is installed with two full doors fitted with all-metal, durable handles that provide consistent access. Inside, the base holds four PVC-coated shelves to accommodate a variety of pan configurations.

With its refrigerated base, the True TSSU-60-24M-B-DS-ST-HC~SPEC3 ADA prep table forced-air system circulates beneath the pans. This unit holds temperatures from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit, and the evaporator is epoxy coated with sealed, self-lubricated fan motors to maintain prime operating conditions over time. If maintenance is needed, the condenser is accessible from the back and slides out.
