Simple to access at a comfortable height of 37⁵/₈ inches, the True TSSU-60-24M-B-DS-ST-HC~SPEC3 prep table is provided with two 11³/₄-inch cutting boards that provides space for construction sandwiches or pizzas. Users can dice onions, tomatoes, or jalapenos on them, which can then be stored in the 24 sixth-size polycarbonate pans that sit at the top of the unit. The board can be removed for cleaning at the end of the day, and to protect the displayed products and maintain the best serving conditions, this fitted stainless steel cover is insulated to maintain temperatures after business hours.

The front, back, and sides of this unit are made of stainless steel, as is the liner and floor. For simple cleaning, the floor's corners are coved. Ideal for more storage purposes, the base cabinet is supplied with two full doors that lock for security. The interior can hold a total of four PVC-coated shelves—great for accommodating other pan configurations or holding bulk products aside. For proper energy saving, the entire cabinet is foamed in with high-density polyurethane.

The refrigerated base of the True TSSU-60-24M-B-DS-ST-HC~SPEC3 prep table maintains temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Its self-contained factory system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant; the forced-air system circulates below the pans. For optimal cooling, the evaporator's fans are sealed and self-lubricated, and users can upkeep this unit's design with the simple-to-access, rear-placed condenser.
