The True TSSU-60-18M-B-HC food prep table is equipped with a slide-out refrigeration system that is accessible from the rear of the cabinet for quick maintenance. To provide consistent temperatures to food pans and the cabinet interior, the factory-balanced refrigeration system has guided airflow. Its forced-air design holds steady temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit.

This unit includes a self-cleaning feature that prolongs its life in a commercial setting. Upon start up of the compressor, the condensing fan motor reverses direction to blow excess dust off the condensing coil. To increase the unit's efficiency and provide proper product temperatures, users should still perform routine maintenance.

A sealed, self-lubricating evaporator fan motor and large fan blades give this True TSSU-60-18M-B-HC salad and sandwich prep table a low-velocity, high-volume airflow design. The self-contained capillary tube system uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, which will not deplete the ozone layer.
