True TSSU-60-16D-4-HC ADA 60" TSSU Series Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

Constructed of stainless steel, the True TSSU-60-16D-4-HC sandwich and salad prep table has a foam-insulated lid and hood that keep pan ingredients cool and fresh. Both the hood and lid are removable for convenient cleanup. To retain cold temperatures, the entire cabinet structure and drawer facings are insulated with high-density polyurethane.

This True TSSU-60-16D-4-HC prep table has 3-inch-diameter stem castors and a 34-inch work surface height to comply with ADA guidelines. For durability, the front, sides, drawer frames, facings, and liners are made of stainless steel to resist dents and rust. Its stainless steel floor has coved corners that do not trap debris, and the clear-coated aluminum interior liner is quick to wipe down.

Maintaining a set temperature between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, the refrigeration system has self-contained capillary tubes that use R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant—a more eco-friendly alternative to traditional options. For consistent temperatures, large fans push cold air over the pans and through the cabinet. To eliminate dust buildup from the condensing coil, the condensing fan motor reverses direction for 20 seconds upon compressor start up. Maintaining the condensing coil ensures improved unit efficiency, reducing energy consumption and improving interior temperatures to keep product cool. This feature should be implemented alongside preventative maintenance.
