To comply with ADA regulations, the TSSU-60-12M-B-HC~SPEC3 sandwich and salad unit measures 34 inches tall to its worktop to promote inclusion and accessibility in the kitchen. Its stainless steel front, back, and sides resist corrosion, and the backing is coated in GalFan to further heighten its corrosion resistance. This table has an 8⁷/₈-inch-deep removable cutting board to create a food-safe surface when making savory subs or classic house salads. Additionally, it comes with 12 poly pans that can hold classic sandwich ingredients in the top section. Considering this upper space remains open for extended periods of time, it's paired with a stainless steel cover that's insulated to trap cold temperatures.

The True TSSU-60-12M-B-HC~SPEC3 food prep table utilizes a ¹/₃-horsepower motor to power the self-contained refrigeration system. This system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. It has an interior lining to catch loose food particles and strong flooring, which features coved corners to simplify cleaning; both the floor and lining are constructed of stainless steel. The bottom half of this station has two compartments with lockable stainless steel doors, sealing cool temperatures inside. Once opened, these doors give way to four adjustable shelves coated in PVC to minimize cleaning efforts and help portion additional storage space. For temperature monitoring and adjustments, this refrigerated table comes with a digital control and display.
