The True TSSU-60-12M-B-HC mega-top food prep table has a polyethylene cutting board that runs the length of the unit, so sandwiches and salads can move across the front as they are made. Ingredients go into 12 sixth-size food pans, which are included and made of clear polycarbonate. These pans drop into the refrigerated cutout on top, and a lid and hood cover the ingredients when not in use, protecting them from contamination. Beside the pans, an open space provides an area for sauces, dry snacks, and equipment.

Complying with ADA guidelines, this prep table has a 34-inch-high work surface, and its 3-inch-diameter castors enable the table to be moved around.
