True TSSU-27-08-HC ADA 27" TSSU Series Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The True TSSU-27-08-HC prep table with refrigerated base has a single compartment in the bottom that can hold various products, and the base has two adjustable, PVC-coated shelves and a left-hinged door. An aluminum interior liner and stainless steel floor with coved corners ease cleaning. It is mobile with its 3-inch-diameter castors, and its exterior is constructed of strong stainless steel. Preventing cold air leaks, the door has magnetic gaskets.

The top of the unit includes an 11³⁄₄-inch cutting board where ingredients can be sliced and meals prepared, and toppings sit in eight sixth-size pans in the cutout. A stainless steel, foamed lid protects the ingredients and keeps cold air over them. Guided airflow from the refrigeration system ensures the cabinet and pan compartment are the same temperature.

To keep the condensing coil clean in this True TSSU-27-08-HC prep table, the condensing fan motor reverses for 20 seconds each time the compressor starts.
