The True TS-72FG-HC~FGD01 reach-in freezer maintains a constant temperature of -10 degrees Fahrenheit, which is ideal for frozen foods and ice cream. Users can conveniently monitor these temperatures on the digital display, and the condenser is mounted on the bottom, slightly lifting the bottom shelf up so users do not have to stoop to reach products. Airflow guards in the cabinet keep product from blocking the flow of air.

Using a reverse condensing fan motor, dirt, dust, and debris is blown off the condensing coil's surface. The unit operates more efficiently when the coil is clean, providing improved product temperatures and reducing its energy consumption. Although this is a self-cleaning feature, regular maintenance should still be implemented.

In the cabinet, nine PVC-coated wire shelves hold stored items and are adjustable in ¹⁄₂-inch increments to accommodate various products. Durable for commercial use, the stainless steel exterior resists corrosion. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation keeps cold air in the cabinet while providing structure, and the three glass doors have triple-pane, thermally insulated glass to keep cold air in and warm air out. A positive seal is created with the help of the magnetic gaskets that prevent cold air leaks. The True TS-72FG-HC~FGD01 three-section freezer includes locks to deter unauthorized access.
