Its four solid, white powder-coated cantilever shelves can be tilted as much as 15 degrees to accommodate different drinks, salads, sandwiches, yogurt, or packaged snacks, and each shelf features an eye-catching LED light strip to illuminate displayed products. While the interior is lined with white aluminum to establish a neutral background against displayed products, the floor and deck pans are made of rugged stainless steel. Glass panels integrated on the sides and lower front help minimize temperature loss without obstructing the customers' view.

The self-contained refrigeration system maintains temperatures from 33 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure products are held in a safe environment. Ideal for businesses dedicated to reducing their environmental impact, it operates with R290 refrigerant, which boasts a zero ozone depletion potential and a three global warming potential. The entire cabinet is foamed in place with high-density polyurethane insulation to retain generated temperatures, and to further minimize energy consumption, it includes a night cover that can be placed over the open front after business hours. Staff can set time and temperatures to initiate and terminate defrost cycles. To minimize energy usage and heat production, this unit features electronically commutated (EC) evaporator and condenser fan motors, while its reversing condensing fan motors minimize dirt, dust, and debris buildup on the condenser coil for enhanced efficiency.

To prevent disruptive wobbling on irregular surfaces, the frame rail is fitted with leg levelers. For optimal results, this unit shouldn't be used in environments exceeding 80 degrees Fahrenheit and 55 percent relative humidity.
