The duel access, removable lids make them easy to clean and maintain. This ice-cream dipping cabinet is proudly NSF-7 compliant for open food product so you never have to worry about safety. The entire cabinet structure is foamed-in-place using Ecomate which is a new, innovative, high density, polyurethane insulation that has zero ozone depletion potential and zero global warming potential making this cabinet not only efficient but environmentally friendly.
