The True TGM-R-59-SC/SC-W-W glass merchandiser is built with a self-contained refrigeration system that produces temperatures from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit using environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. To create an ideal holding environment for cakes, mousse, or pies, staff can adjust the interior temperature with the electronic temperature control. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation retains generated temperatures to minimize energy consumption. For lasting efficiency, the condenser fan motors reverse during defrost cycles to remove debris, dust, and dirt from the condenser coil; the evaporator is also coated with corrosion-resistant epoxy. Operators can remove the condensing unit for cleaning or maintenance.

As many as six 18-inch-long by 26-inch-wide display pans and eight 12-inch-long by 18-inch-wide display pans can be displayed on the unit's three shelving tiers. Each tier is comprised of two white PVC-coated wire shelves that can individually support 150 pounds. To match the shelves and establish a neutral backdrop against displayed products, the cold-rolled steel interior is finished with a white powder coating. In addition to LED lights brightening the case's interior, the curved front glass and side panels maximize customer visibility of displayed products.

Because the True TGM-R-59-SC/SC-W-W dessert merchandiser is a full-service unit, it's built with two rear sliding glass doors so staff can retrieve customer purchases. This 59¹⁄₄-inch-wide by 39-inch-deep by 49¹⁄₈-inch-tall cabinet sports a white-powder coated rounded front and back for a clean, refined presence complementing common bakery and cafe themes. Its solid wood walls are finished with aluminum covers, while the black powder-coated steel frame is fitted with leg levelers to ensure stability on sloped or uneven flooring.
