This three-section unit measures 72¹/₈ inches wide by 32¹/₄ inches deep by 37¹/₄ inches high with a top portion that holds 30 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans full of cold-cut meats, cheeses, and sliced produce. It's 8-inch-deep by ¹/₂-inch-thick cutting board spans the length of the unit to ease the process of prepping small salads or lunch sandwiches; it's also removable for smooth cleaning. For other storage purposes, this unit is fitted with three stainless steel doors equipped with 12-inch recessed handles for simple interior access. The interior cavity holds six PVC-coated wire shelves in total. These doors can be locked after hours to reduce tampering, and the heavy-duty flat glass top holds in cold temperatures so products retain their freshness.

The True TFP-72-30M-FGLID~SPEC3 salad and sandwich prepping station’s exterior is made of stainless steel for reduced corrosion and abrasions to its structure. The interior flaunts a stainless steel liner, while the stainless steel floor features coved corners that can be smoothly wiped clean. This unit is supplied with a self-contained refrigeration system using R513A refrigerant to minimize its impact on the environment during operation. The epoxy-coated evaporator's fan motor and larger fan blades increase this unit's efficiency, easily maintaining temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. For convenient temperature monitoring and adjustment, it features a digital temperature display unit, and to maneuver this unit across a variety of floor surfaces, it sits on 2¹/₂-inch casters.
