True TDM-R-36-GE/GE-W-W 36 1/4" Full Service Bakery Case w/ Curved Glass - (4) Levels, 115v

The True TDM-R-36-GE/GE-W-W full-service bakery case accommodates two 18-inch by 26-inch, two 9-inch by 26-inch, and four 12-inch by 18-inch display pans. Adjustable to maximize storage, three PVC-coated wire shelves can each support 150 pounds of product. Its white powder-coated exterior is rounded, and the side and front panels are constructed of matching aluminum. Made of single-pane tempered glass, the front and side panels enable product visibility. The curved glass front flips up for access to product, and the rear glass doors slide open and close.

Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation prevents cold air from seeping out of the True TDM-R-36-GE/GE-W-W full-service bakery case, and its refrigeration system has a set temperature range from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. A self-contained capillary tube system uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, while reversing condenser fan motors prevent dirt and debris from gathering on the condenser coil. To simplify maintenance, the condensing unit slides out, and the evaporator is coated in corrosion-resistant epoxy.
