To keep stored items organized and enhance the use of vertical space, this True STG2F-4HS-HC reach-in two section freezer contains six wire shelves in its cabinet. The shelves are split evenly between the two sections and coated with gray PVC to resist corrosion during heavy use. Brightening the interior and resisting impact damage, safety-shielded LEDs are installed inside the unit. It stands 77³⁄₄ inches high and maintains a temperature of -10 degrees Fahrenheit to preserve the integrity of frozen foods and ice cream. For precise access with reduced energy loss, the unit is designed with four self-closing Dutch doors that have bolt-style locks to secure product from theft or tampering.

Every time the condenser fan motor turns on in this unit, it blows in reverse for 20 seconds to remove excess dust and debris from the coil. When this component is regularly cleaned, it reduces the unit's energy consumption and promotes efficient system operation. It also helps the system keep stored items at the coldest temperatures possible to maintain freshness. Even though this self-cleaning feature doesn’t eliminate the need for routine maintenance procedures, it does increase the lifespan of the unit.,/p>

Inside, it's designed with aluminum back and side walls with a stainless steel floor and ceiling. For monitoring and setting adjustments, the unit's temperature control and exterior display are digital. Mounted on cam-lift hinges, the doors have heavy-duty all metal handles and removable magnetic door gaskets that ensure a tight closure. Providing cabinet insulation and structure, the freezer is made with foamed-in-place high-density polyurethane foam.
