True STA1DTA-2HS-HC 27 1/2" SPEC SERIES® One Section Commercial Combo Refrigerator Freezer - Solid Doors, Dual Temp, 115

Designed for long-term durability, the True STA1DTA-2HS-HC refrigerator/freezer flaunts a stainless steel front, sides, floor, ceiling, and doors, while the interior side walls and back are constructed of aluminum. Its 27¹⁄₂-inch-wide by 35¹⁄₄-inch-deep by 84¹⁄₈-inch-high body is mounted on four castors for simple transportation; to hold it in place, two of the castors lock. The front is fitted with two solid, self-closing doors attached by external cam-lift hinges. Each door features a heavy-duty metal handle and can be propped open at a 120-degree angle to ease interior access for stocking or cleaning purposes, and they also have removable, one-piece door gaskets to create a tight seal to minimize thermal escape. Staff can secure the doors shut after hours using bolt-style door locks.

Great for storing chilled meat or produce and frozen desserts, this unit features a refrigerator bottom with a freezer top. Each section is designed with an independent digital temperature display, holding temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit in the refrigerator and -10 degrees Fahrenheit in the freezer. The walls are lined with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to retain chill and conserve energy. For optimal organization, both compartments have three wire shelves that are chrome-plated for durability. Each compartment is illuminated with LED lighting to brighten the inside, enabling users to easily identify stored products.

For enhanced cooling and maximized interior storage, the True STA1DTA-2HS-HC refrigerator freezer is supplied with a top-mounted condenser. Both sections feature independent, self-contained capillary tube systems that distribute chill evenly, and to reduce environmental impact, it uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The evaporator and condenser fans are electronically commutated to increase airflow while conserving energy. To reduce corrosion risk, the evaporator is epoxy coated; its outside placement increases the capacity of the interior cavity. So frost-buildup is minimized, this unit is equipped with a time-initiated automatic defrost system, delaying the automatic evaporator fan during the defrost cycles.
