Its exterior and frame are constructed of sturdy steel alloy, which is finished with a chip- and peel-resistant white powder coating. For enhanced durability and corrosion resistance, the interior is lined with white aluminum, while the floor is made of stainless steel. To minimize temperature fluctuation, this unit is insulated with foamed-in-place, high-density polyurethane; the floor is designed with a built-in drain that simplifies cleaning. Overall, this unit measures 78¹⁄₈ inches wide by 31¹⁄₄ inches deep by 78⁵/₈ inches high and is mounted on leg levelers for stability on uneven floors.

So staff can access the condenser and coil for cleaning and servicing, its self-contained refrigeration system is bottom mounted. To evenly distribute chill, this refrigerator operates with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a network of capillary tubes; this system maintains temperatures within a 33 to 38-degree Fahrenheit range. For efficient air circulation, the unit operates with fast-moving, electronic-communicated evaporator and condenser fans that produce minimal heat to conserve energy. To protect the evaporator from moisture, it's epoxy coated.

The True GDM-72-HC~TSL01 merchandiser is fit with three, swing-type doors that are hinged on the right side. These doors are constructed of double-pane insulated glass for optimal visibility and chill retention. To minimize thermal leaks, the doors self-close and feature a positive seal, torsion-type closure system. Magnetic gaskets create a secure seal between the doors and the frame and can be removed for cleaning as needed. To match the exterior of the unit, the door frames are white, and to ease opening and closing, each features a 12-inch-long extruded handle. Great for high-volume storage, this refrigerator comes with (12) 24¹⁄₈-inch-long by 20³⁄₄-inch-deep wire shelves coated in PVC for simplified cleaning. These shelves can be raised and lowered between the aluminum shelf support pilasters, which are spaced out in ¹⁄₂-inch increments. Each shelf comes with four chrome-plated shelf clips. Because this unit's condenser is bottom mounted, its lowest shelf is simple to access and reduces the need for bending over. To further enhance merchandising displays, the interior of this unit is illuminated by LED lighting.
