TurboChef I5 Description
Ideal for rapid cooking, the TurboChef I5 high-speed convection oven operates with an interior recirculating catalytic converter that eliminates the need for a costly vent. Its menu system accommodates as many as 200 preset recipes to quickly prepare frequented menu items with the push of a button. To prevent energy loss, the unit's chamber is fully insulated, and for strength, the exterior and interior are made of stainless steel that won't rust, corrode, or warp over time. Along with the oven itself, this unit comes equipped with oven cleaner, an oven guard, an aluminum paddle, a standard rack, and two trigger sprayers.
The TurboChef I5 microwave convection oven enables vertically recirculated air impingement with independently controlled dual motors. For maintenance, it features built-in self-diagnostics that monitor components and alert users of any problems. With a 24-inch-wide cooking chamber, this unit fits on a countertop to reduce its footprint in crowded kitchens. To facilitate cleaning, the oven's rack is removable for thorough scrubbing, and its grease collection pan captures runoff and debris.
