TurboChef I3 Description
With a rubber seal, the TurboChef I3 high-speed convection oven secures to a countertop so it doesn't slip while cooking. Because it has dual motors and top- and bottom-located jetplates, this unit can be used to cook various foods, and its internal catalytic converter enables ventless operation. The cooking chamber is insulated to prevent heat escape, and for durability, the interior, front, top, and sides of the unit are made of stainless steel.
The TurboChef I3 countertop convection oven has a digital display for operators to program as many as 200 recipe settings. To keep unit operation efficient, the system has built-in self-diagnostics that eliminate guesswork from maintenance. A multispeed impingement blower and stirrer provide even airflow throughout the chamber to cook foods, while food particles and debris are deposited in the removable grease collection pan.
