The TurboChef ECO ST™ ECS-9500-801 combines vertically circulated air and top-launched microwave energy with one-touch controls for efficient operation. Its insulated cook chamber enhances heat retention, while the internal catalytic converter minimizes emissions. This unit can store 256 programmable recipes and includes diagnostic tools that help operators monitor usage, ensure consistency, and reduce maintenance interruptions across shifts.
