The Viking Commercial VCBR592-SS01A refrigerated bar cooler is built with a self-contained refrigeration system mounted on the far right of the cabinet. For safe and efficient operation, this system utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The automatic defrost works to prevent ice development on vital components. Staff can set the desired operating temperature between 33 and 70 degrees Fahrenheit via the electronic controller.
