Great for locations looking to expand cold bar storage, the Viking Commercial VCBR592-SG01A back bar refrigerator features a large build made of stainless steel for durability, corrosion resistance, and simplified maintenance. The cabinet’s top is solid to hold a variety of equipment and glassware as needed. Each of the four sections is divided up via the solid doors, which can be locked to prevent theft.
Positioned at the far right of the Viking Commercial VCBR592-SG01A bar cooler cabinet is its self-contained refrigeration system that works to maintain the cabinet’s holding temperature. Staff can set the unit between 33 and 70 degrees via the electronic controller located at the front of the compressor. The refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and is front breathing.
