The Monsam Enterprises FSC-02 food cart’s 5¹/₂-inch-deep, self-contained sink is made of stainless steel and connects to an electric water pump and adjustable water heater that can be set between 95- and 140-degrees Fahrenheit. For durability and resistance to corrosion, the cabinet and countertop are made of cost-effective polymer, and its heavy-duty swivel casters lock into place.
