It operates between 68 and 194 degrees Fahrenheit—a level operators can set on the electronic thermostat—while humidity in the cabinet can be adjusted to suit different products.
Glass panels on the front, back, and sides ensure customers can see stored items in this Equipex WD780S-2/1 countertop hot food display. While the back doors provide interior access for staff members, the front and sides are fixed in place. LED lights shine on the product to enhance the display, and the interior and exterior are made of stainless steel—a material that resists scratching, denting, and rusting.
