Equipex SEM-80VCH 32" Electric Salamander Broiler, 208v/1ph

Using vitroceramic elements, the Equipex SEM-80VCH salamander finishes foods after they come out of the oven, giving it a glaze on top. The element-filled top heats up in only 15 minutes and can be raised or lowered to change the heat intensity. At the lowest position, it creates temperatures of 1,060 degrees Fahrenheit on the rack below.

The rack is removable so employees can clean it at the end of the day and they can fill the pull-out tray with a little bit of water to prevent food from sticking. Made of stainless steel, the housing can be wiped clean and resists rusting over time. Short legs lift the Equipex SEM-80VCH salamander off the counter so users can reach beneath for cleaning.
